Stroboskop presents: FOREIGN BODIES, a video screening and panel discussion at the Zachęta National Gallery of Art

Inspired by the current exhibition at Stroboskop,  W Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej językiem urzędowym jest język polski (The official language of the Republic of Poland is Polish) by Daniel Kotowski, Foreign Bodies brings together nine artists based across Europe and the US who explore themes of nation state normalization and the body as site of spirited resistance.

After the screening, select featured artists will be joined in conversation with special guest artist/activist Bogna Burska.

Pokaz wideo i panel dyskusyjny (w języku angielskim).

Zainspirowany bieżącą wystawą w Stroboskop W Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej językiem urzędowym jest język polski Daniela Kotowskiego. Obce Ciała zrzeszają dziewięcioro artystek i artystów z Europy i USA, którzy badają tematy normalizacji przez państwo narodowe i ciało jako miejsce duchowego oporu.

Po projekcji część z pośród artystów, których prace były prezentowane zostanie zaproszona do rozmowy z artystką/aktywistką Bogną Burską.


W pokazie wideo Obce ciała zaprezentowane zostaną prace Moniki Czyżyk (FI), Yoshinori Niwa (JP/AT), Julie Perini (US), Weroniki Wysockiej (PL), Lou Watson (US), Alek Sarny (PL / UK), Olgi Dziubak (PL), Daniela Kotowskiego (PL) i Léann Herlihy (IRE)
